About the Founder

Hiam Amani Hafizuddin

Hiam founded the Miss Bangladesh US Organization at just nineteen, combining her pageantry expertise and passion for women’s empowerment to create a transformative platform that equips young Bangladeshi women worldwide to become global leaders and advocates for change.

    The Miss Bangladesh US Organization, led by Founder and President Hiam Hafizuddin, was awarded Gold at the SABRE Awards South Asia 2025 in Delhi for our campaign, Empowering Women, Evolving Lives — a celebration of our digital-first rebrand and 10 years of amplifying female visibility across the globe.

    In addition to the Bangladesh category win, Hiam was honored with two Certificates of Excellence in the International category and the IN2 Innovation Award for Owned Media – Website & Mobile Apps, recognizing this very platform.
